Laboratory teaching gives practical experiences which enhances factual understanding of the students. Laboratory training is also frequently used to develop skills necessary for more advanced study or research. The laboratories are modernized & well-equipped to meet the demands of the latest syllabi in different streams. The College has well equipped 14 labs which are coordinated by respective department in-charges and faculty members. All practical pertaining to UG and PG level are also being conducted in labs. It helps students to remember the concepts better and transfer the learning to practical experience.The college has 2 Physics labs and one dark room, 2 chemistry labs, 1 Botany lab, 1 Zoology lab, 1 geography lab, 1 psychology lab, 2 home science lab and 1 lab of textile, drawing and painting.The Botany department also has a Herbarium, tissue culture facility, a vermicompost pit, a dedicated Botanical Garden, and a Herbal Garden. The laboratories provide space for students, promote collaboration across disciplines & promise creative learning opportunities.
